Master Tseng has lined up an exciting schedule of trips, workshops and intensive trainings for this year in addition to the classes and workshops already scheduled.

April 11-19: Wu Dang Tai Chi Intensive will take your Tai Chi practice to a whole new level with the study of Wu Dang Tai Chi 52 Forms and Wu Dang Tai Chi 13 Forms.

June 12-19: Awaken the Master Within shifts you to development of Xing or Essential Nature in keeping with the dual path of Xing and Ming (Eternal Life) cultivation. Take this opportunity to transcend your ordinary patterns of behavior.

July 3-10: Qi Gong Instructor Training takes your Qi Gong practice another step up and prepares you to teach these ancient Qi Gong forms and self-healing techniques.

July 29-August 16: China Trip 2010 will be an exciting tour combining visiting Wu Dang Mountain and other sacred locations in China. Exact itinerary is still to be determined.

October 23-30: Internal Alchemy/Immortality Training introduces the Nei Dan (Internal Elixir) meditation, philosophy and practices for personal cultivation.
