November 7: Tai Chi 52 Forms: This is the third generation of Wu Dang San Feng Tai Chi and one of the most ancient and coveted Tai Chi forms originated on Wu Dang Mountain. New students of Wu Dang Tai Chi 52 who have previous experience with Tai Chi are welcome to join the class. November 7: Wu Dang Primordial Qi Gong 2: Wudang
Qi Gong is a very ancient practice composed of techniques and movements
to regulate the body, mind, and breath. The techniques and movements
not only increase range of motion, improve balance and add muscular
strength, but they also improve Qi flow, open the meridian channels and
help to develop internal power. Master Chen will teach the second part
of Wu Dang Primordial Qi Gong which he first taught during his visit to

November 8-9: Master Within: A Journey to Enlightenment: Master Chen will teach a continuation of his most profound Master Within
series. Those that have participated in this program previously will benefit
from new insight. For first time
attendees, this program will introduce a way to interpret life, open your heart
and connect to your own personal Master Within to go beyond ordinary human life
and become extraordinary. Along with life philosophy, you will learn qi gong,
dao yin healing methods and meditation techniques to support your physical and
spiritual development. November
